It’s been driving me crazy for a few years, but we finally found the time to get it properly-ish taken care of and now it’s just pretty much the apple of my eye!I’m pretty sure it was never meant to be a dining room and probably never has been one in the history of this house, but a “real” dining room is something that I’ve wanted for a long time.. And.
my beloved 150 year old family dining room furniture deserves a happy home, so here’s how we made that happen, in grey and white so it could play nicely with the living room which is right off of it!.

Of course I was stubborn and insisted that my sign needed to go exactly here on this outside brick wall that I can’t really pin anything into.So hot glue it was!
I really do love seeing this sign here every time I go up the stairs though. And, bonus: I’ve been inspired to actually finish painting this wall now!
